Lodging is the most important step, and you have done it. These three take about a minute each and each one does something a submission alone cannot.
Ask for the documents nobody can read
Several documents are named inside this application but not published — including the drawings an independent reviewer relied on. Every request is logged, and a request naming exact documents is hard to answer vaguely.
Write to a councillor
An officer will most likely decide this application on their own. A councillor can ask for it to be heard by the elected Planning Committee instead — where objectors get three minutes each to speak. You are asking for a public hearing, not asking anyone to prejudge the outcome.
