Nine documents are named inside this application but not published. Here is how to ask Council for them, in one click.

Nine separate documents are named inside the papers Council has advertised, but are not published for you to read. Several of them are the documents an independent reviewer relied on to reach a favourable conclusion. One is the referral response from the floodplain authority, which the law substitutes for your right to object.

Anyone can ask Council for them. There is no form, no fee and no need to be an objector. Requests are logged, and a request that names the exact document and where it was referred to is much harder to answer vaguely.
